These terms cover your use of the Bell & Main website (bellandmainhq.com), booking an intro call with us, and text messages you receive from Bell & Main. By using the website or opting in to our texts, you agree to these terms.

About Bell & Main

Bell & Main provides phone answering, appointment booking, text follow-up and reporting for home-service businesses. Work for a client is governed by a separate written agreement signed by that client and Bell & Main. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement controls.

Text message terms

Program. Bell & Main sends text messages about intro calls you book with us (confirmations, reminders and rescheduling) and replies to questions you send us. Businesses we work for may also send you texts through our service about the service you asked them for, such as appointment details, quote follow-ups and review requests.

Consent. You opt in by giving us your mobile number and agreeing to receive texts, for example by checking the text-message box when you book or by texting us first. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

• Message frequency varies.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to cancel at any time. You’ll receive one final message confirming you’ve opted out, and no more messages after that unless you opt in again.
• Reply HELP for help, or email support@bellandmainhq.com.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We handle your mobile number as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not share mobile opt-in data or consent with third parties for marketing.

Calls answered by Bell & Main

When we answer a call for a business, we are acting for that business. The business is responsible for the work it does for you, its prices and its scheduling decisions. Calls are recorded and transcribed, and callers are told this at the start of the call.

Using the website

You may use this website to learn about Bell & Main and to contact us. Don’t misuse it, try to break it, or use it to send unlawful or harmful content.

The Bell & Main name, logo and website content belong to Bell & Main. Please don’t copy them without permission.
